Your new role
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will provide hands-on HR support with key responsibilities including:
* Managing employee relations cases (performance, misconduct, RTW tracking, minor issues such as absenteeism and bullying)
* Supporting managers with day-to-day HR advice
* Assisting with senior-level recruitment, including acting as a second interviewer
* Providing support to the WHS Manager when required
* Contributing to employee attraction and retention initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
* Flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Exposure to healthcare or nursing awards (preferred, not essential)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
