The RoleThis Development Manager position will be focused on a significant 1200+ lot project which includes a golf course, Residential Land, LLC, Village Centre, Hotel and Tourism hub.
The Development Manager plays a critical role in the delivery of this major project, ensuring it's executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. With stage 1 already complete, you will be responsible for the implementation of successful project outcomes across stage 2 and beyond.
This is a fully remote work from home position with weekly travel required (1-2 days only).
YouThe successful candidate in this role will have:Minimum of 5 years’ Property Development experience successfully delivering residential sub-divisions or masterplanned communities. Completion of at least one degree in a discipline relevant to the role (i.e. Property, Town Planning, Civil Engineering etc).Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.Strong degree of problem-solving skills in addition to the provision of sound judgement when decision making is required.This is opportunity to work with an entrepreneurial group with no red-tape, a strong balance sheet and access to capital where you can grow your career.
