Warehouse Management Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage all aspects of the warehouse operation, ensuring safety and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and take on new challenges.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, organization, and workflow. They will also be involved in receiving and recording inbound goods, unloading containers, and assisting with their unloading. In addition, they will be responsible for organizing and managing regular cycle counts and stock takes, maintaining order, cleanliness, and OHS procedures in the warehouse, and managing storage and mobile plant assets used.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Management: Manage all aspects of the warehouse operation, ensuring safety and efficiency.
* Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations, organization, and workflow.
* Inventory Management: Receive and record inbound goods, unloading containers, and assist with their unloading.
* Cycle Counts and Stock Takes: Organize and manage regular cycle counts and stock takes.
* Housekeeping and OHS: Maintain order, cleanliness, and OHS procedures in the warehouse.
* Asset Management: Manage storage and mobile plant assets used.
Requirements:
* Leadership Experience: Proven Warehouse Team Leader experience.
* Communication Skills: Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Organizational Skills: Good organisation skills.
* Flexibility: Flexibility with job tasks when required.
* Teamwork: Ability to work and communicate in a team environment.
* SAP Knowledge: SAP knowledge relevant for the warehouse environment.
* Initiative: Initiative and self-starter.
* Analysis: Ability to interpret and communicate analytical results.
