Key Responsibilities
* Managing a national portfolio of motor claims and handling inbound/outbound calls
* Providing excellent customer service in a timely manner
* Maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for customers
* Understanding and adhering to relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks
About You
* You have high-level customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment
* Insurance knowledge/background is highly desirable
* You can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Confidence to learn new systems and software
* Strong attention to detail
* A team player attitude, focused on supporting others
