Home Care Support Worker
About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to enhance the wellbeing of our residents and clients in Lake Macquarie. You will be part of a team providing spiritual, physical, social and emotional support.
The successful candidate will have a Certificate III in Individual Support - Ageing and a high standard of care for clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging)
* Demonstrated high standards of care for clients and their families
* Desirable experience in home care settings
* Understanding of person-centred care
* Australian Working Rights
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
* Current Open Driver's License
* Reliable Car with Registration + Comprehensive Insurance
