We're more than a staffing agency—we're an extension of our clients' businesses, and we're looking for a Success Manager to help us strengthen and grow these vital relationships.
The Role
As a Success Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for our clients across Wagga Wagga, Canberra, and Bathurst. You'll ensure exceptional service delivery, build lasting partnerships, and drive client satisfaction and retention. This is a relationship-focused role where you'll work closely with businesses of all sizes—from local companies to global corporations—across industries including agriculture, hospitality, construction, landscaping, events, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management - Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts across three key locations - Conduct regular check-ins and site visits to ensure service quality and client satisfaction - Proactively identify client needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions - Build trust and position Works For You as an essential partner in clients' operations
Service Delivery & Problem Solving - Coordinate staffing requirements, ensuring the right workers are matched to each client's needs - Address and resolve any issues quickly and professionally - Monitor placement success rates and gather feedback for continuous improvement - Ensure compliance with certification requirements and safety standards
Business Growth - Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts - Support new client onboarding and integration - Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill large-scale staffing requests (including 100+ staff events) - Contribute to strategic planning for regional growth
Travel & Territory Management - Travel regularly between Wagga Wagga, Canberra, and Bathurst to maintain strong client relationships - Manage your schedule effectively to maximize face-to-face client engagement - Represent Works For You professionally at client sites, events, and industry functions
What We're Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or relationship management roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with regular regional travel and flexible working arrangements
- Valid driver's license (essential)
Desirable Attributes
- Experience in recruitment, labour hire, or staffing industries
- Knowledge of construction, hospitality, agriculture, or events sectors
- Familiarity with the Wagga Wagga, Canberra, or Bathurst business communities
- CRM experience (we use monday.com)
- Passion for connecting people with opportunities and making a real impact
