As a seasoned financial leader, you will take ownership of the finance function, leading a small team and ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial operations across the business.
This pivotal 12-month contract role involves overseeing month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes, including financial reporting in line with IFRS. You will manage daily finance operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, banking, and cash flow management.
You will also take ownership of corporate tax compliance for Australia and New Zealand, acting as Public Officer. Leading external audits, ensuring compliance with statutory reporting and governance requirements is another crucial aspect of this role. You will partner with the wider business and global headquarters on financial matters and process improvements, and coach and develop a small finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
