We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing dedicated back-office administrative support for key processes including incoming and outgoing mail, records management, estate planning, and client administrations.
Major Functions:
* Attend reception and co-ordinate phone calls between clients, the general public and staff.
* Provide administrative support to achieve team objectives.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, records, and client administrations.
