We are seeking an experienced Admin Support Specialist to join our team in Mulgrave.
This role involves providing administrative support to the Sales Support Officer, based in New Zealand, and requires the ability to travel for training and support of team members.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service position, with a good understanding of MS Office & Word. They will also be required to manage bookings for freight companies, book travel and hire car requests, take minutes at monthly meetings, organise inventory orders with suppliers, manage stock levels across 6 sites, perform data entry, and provide customer service.
A competitive pay rate is on offer for this role, with a base hourly rate of $41.11 per hour whilst casual, and a salary of $65,000 + super once successful in going permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage bookings for freight companies
