Elgas Toowoomba requires an experienced Account Manager/ New Business Manager to maintain and build existing customer base and be able to relationship build and maintain monthly call schedules. Operating out of Toowoomba but covering South West Queensland. You must have the ability to liaise with BOC Sales and expand sales volumes.
What you will enjoy doing
* Achieve LP Gas sales budget being agreed sales volume, margin and product group objectives
* Retain and develop existing customer base volumes and margins as per Branch budget requirements, maintain customer relationships and schedule contact to ensure maximum call value is also part of your role
* Complete and submit monthly planners and reports on due dates and to complete a minimum of 95% of calls as per monthly call schedule
* Identify load build opportunities throughout the geographic area and pass leads onto relevant personnel for follow‐up
* Report on all product categories in relevant branch in regard to margin, volume and competitor activity
* Resign customer accounts as they fall due, prepare a Business Approval Model for all resins and follow company Delegation of Authority (DOA) in all instances
* Establish and maintain data on the customer information base, via appropriate EWS screens
What makes you great
* You have two to three (2–3) years field sales experience
* Clean and valid driver's license is required for this role
* You have strong customer focus, and pricing management experience
* You are results oriented, own negotiation and conflict management skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills a plus
