About the role
Brickbond Constructions is seeking an experienced Construction Admin/Project Planner to join our team in our Adelaide office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and timelines
- Coordinate and monitor the activities of multiple teams, subcontractors and suppliers to optimise workflow and minimise delays
- Organise the plans and drawings as per the client requirements
- Review the architect, engineering plans and layouts
- Review and submit the application for council approvals
- Organise the project documentation and coordinate with trades and suppliers
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a construction planning or project coordination role
- Strong working knowledge of construction project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Skills to read and interpret the plans
- Solid understanding of construction industry practices, regulations and safety requirements
- Tertiary qualification in project management, construction management or a related field
