About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in a career in property sales. Working closely with our Sales Professionals, you will support all stages of the sales process and the customer's journey.
Based at our Fig Tree Hill development in Campbelltown, this full-time, permanent position is five days a week (including weekends), with allocated days off during the week. You will receive a competitive salary package (base and super), quarterly bonuses and commission.
Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for all sales and after-sales inquiries, providing initial guidance before passing them on to Sales Professionals.
Handle all incoming information via phone, email, website and general inquiries.
Keep potential home buyers informed about new releases, home designs, events and promotions.
Maintain and update sales systems, processes and procedures.
About You

A solid background in customer service, with experience in sales support and/or administrative capacity within real estate, other property developers, home builders, or industries where face-to-face customer interactions are key.
Proficiency in delivering high-quality administrative tasks and being tech savvy.
Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, effective time management and initiative.
Ability to engage and build rapport easily with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Motivation to work independently or as part of a team.
Own reliable transport and a full driver's licence to commute to/from work.
