Overview We are seeking experienced Data and Administration Officers (APS4 and APS5) to undertake critical tasks such as data remediation, manual supporting processes, and operational support.
This role involves incident and problem resolution, system restoration, and assisting staff with data correction and troubleshooting system issues.
Responsibilities Perform data entry, cleansing, and remediation with high accuracy and efficiency, following standard operating procedures.
Assist staff in remediating incorrect data and troubleshooting related system issues.
Respond promptly to service issues and requests, troubleshooting to resolution.
Monitor the group mailbox, triage incidents, maintain incident logs, and follow up with impacted users in coordination with IT support teams.
Provide BAU support, including managing access requests from state and territory offices.
Develop and maintain SOPs for data remediation, manual processes, and BAU activities.
Experience and Requirements Experience within the Australian Public Service and project operations is desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize critical activities.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure team environment.
