About Our Farm Support Role:
1. As a key member of our farm team, you will be responsible for the care and handling of livestock and poultry, including feeding, watering and general husbandry practices.
2. You will also play a crucial role in monitoring and maintaining pastures, garden beds, vineyards and orchards, ensuring safe chemical use and efficient irrigation systems.
3. Additionally, you will operate, maintain and coordinate servicing of farm machinery tools equipment to ensure optimal performance.
4. Your attention to detail will help maintain the cleanliness organisation safety standards throughout the Farm Skills Centre surrounding areas.
5. In support of our teaching staff, you will assist with lesson set-up/pack-up research trials practical activities excursions shows camps as required.
