Entertainment floor coordinator & marketing assistant

About us

Blairgrove Group operates a portfolio of hospitality and entertainment venues across Sydney. We run a fast-paced, people-first operation and we're looking for someone who thrives under pressure in a live venue environment.

The role

This is a hands-on, entry-level position based permanently at one of our Sydney venues. The role sits across two areas: floor coordination and marketing support. It can be a high-pressure environment on busy nights, and we want someone who handles that well.

Floor coordination (primary)

* Operating from the DJ booth, managing the entertainment schedule and coordinating performer rotations throughout the night
* Making announcements over the venue PA system to cue performers and keep the night moving
* Monitoring venue cameras covering the floor and performance areas to assist with logistics and safety oversight
* Acting as the communication link between performers and venue management
* Supporting the broader floor team as needed during peak periods

Marketing support (secondary)

* Assisting with social media content creation and scheduling (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
* Short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, CapCut) and general content production
* Promotional copywriting and general marketing support across events

What we're looking for

* Mature, level-headed, and comfortable in a high-energy adult entertainment venue
* Calm under pressure, because busy nights are part of the job, not the exception
* Organised, reliable, and comfortable being trusted with a live schedule
* Confident on a microphone and easy to understand when making announcements
* A natural communicator who works well with performers and staff in a professional capacity
* An interest in marketing, media, or communications is a plus, studying or recently graduated welcome
