We are seeking a highly passionate Kinder Teacher to fill 3 months contract position in our 4-year-old and 3-year-old Kinder Room as our kinder teacher is on leave for three months. At Bacchus Marsh Childcare & Kindergarten we seek a passionate, and dedicated ECT to join our friendly team. You will be working with a positive, caring, dedicated, and supportive team in a centre focusing on well-being and encouraging teamwork and communication. We are committed to providing excellence in childcare and to ensuring the safety and well-being of children. Our service is known for providing excellent early learning opportunities for families with children aged from six weeks old to five years of age.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a high-quality educational program for the 3/4-year-old program in consultation with children, families and Educators to achieve agreed outcomes for children
- Work collaboratively with Educators to implement an educational program driven by children's interests, underpinned by the Early Years Learning Framework, that aims to achieve their holistic development and facilitate a smooth transition to school
- Document the delivery of the educational program, children's interests and assessments of their learning and development needs
- Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice
- Working collaboratively with educators, children, and families to plan and implement an effective ongoing cycle of planning, documenting
- Documenting children’s learning and development
- Be part of a collaborative teaching environment
- Maintain effective communication with the parents throughout the service
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs
- Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
- Victorian teacher registration (Must)
- A strong understanding of the Education and Care National Law Act 2010 and Regulations 2011
- Demonstrated ability to respond to children’s needs and classroom dynamics
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills
- Current First Aid certificate
