We, Cuisine Masters Pty Ltd, are seeking a qualified full-time Multimedia Specialist to join us. We specialise in the supply and wholesales of frozen food products to restaurants and supermarkets across Australia.
As our Multimedia Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, designing, developing and maintaining multimedia content and digital platforms to support the company's marketing, branding and online presence. You will work closely with internal teams and IT specialists to deliver creative, functional and secure multimedia solutions that enhance user engagement and business outcomes.
Your main responsibilities include:
· Analysing, designing and developing websites and web applications using web programming, scripting, content management and authoring tools.
· Maintaining and improving company websites to ensure user-friendly experience, optimal performance and secure operation.
· Creating and producing multimedia content including animations, motion graphics, digital imaging, presentations, audio and video clips for marketing campaigns and special projects.
· Designing and integrating custom multimedia assets such as images, audio and video files into websites and applications.
· Producing promotional materials such as digital advertisements, posters, banners and infographics using professional design software.
· Managing and updating social media platforms by creating visually engaging content that aligns with company brand guidelines.
· Collaborating with IT and network specialists regarding web-related issues including website hosting, security, backups, user access and disaster recovery planning.
· Contributing to the evaluation and development of internet strategies, web-based methodologies and digital development frameworks to support business objectives.
· Applying SEO strategies in collaboration with IT specialists to improve website visibility and performance.
· Providing technical support and guidance on multimedia tasks and assisting team members in using design tools and software.
· Researching and applying emerging multimedia trends, tools and technologies to enhance the quality and impact of projects.
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform concepts and ideas into creative multimedia solutions.
· Reporting to the managing director.
Qualifications & Skills required:
· Australian Information Technology degree or a closely related qualification.
· At least 3 years of full-time work experience as a Multimedia Specialist or Web Developer.
· Strong skills in multimedia design, animation, video production and web development.
· Proficiency in multimedia software, web programming and scripting languages.
· Good understanding of website security, hosting environments and content management systems.
· Strong creative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
· Must have full Australian work rights.
· Must be available to work full-time.
Salary package: $75,000 - $85,000 a year plus superannuation depending on experience.
