What You'll Do:
As an integral part of our team, you'll be responsible for:
* Bringing gardens to life through planting, hedging, and expert trimming.
* Ensuring the health and vibrancy of plants with careful fertilisation, mulching, and disease prevention.
* Skillfully operating gardening equipment, from push mowers to ride-on mowers, and keeping tools in excellent condition.
* Managing weeds and debris to maintain pristine environments.
* Overseeing irrigation systems to keep gardens thriving.
* Tackling exciting landscaping projects, including laying pavers and building small retaining walls.
* Mentoring junior gardeners.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a self-motivated individual with a genuine love for horticulture. Ideally, you'll have:
* A Horticulture Certificate III in Parks and Gardens or similar qualifications, or considerable hands-on experience - minimum 2years
* A current NSW Driver's License is essential.
