About us
Our vision to be Australia's Bank of choice drives us to set the example of how banking should be: placing our people, customers, partners, and shareholders at the centre of everything we do.
Within our People & Culture function sits our People Processing Centre (PPC for short). This team is responsible for delivering accurate operational services and facilitating transactional processing of people-related lifecycle activities including on-boarding, staff movements, cross-boarding, off-boarding, and people-program support.
About the role
We have a permanent full-time opportunity available for a Team Leader of the PPC who is responsible for the day-to-day management of inbound requests to the PPC. Reporting into the Senior Manager, People & Culture Operations you'll support, mentor, and lead the performance of a team of eight People Administrators.
The team process people-related operational requests relating to the recruitment of new employees and contractors, on-boarding, staff movements, cross boarding, off-boarding, and people program support. As the Team Leader you'll manage the team's weekly roster, ensure all BAU requests and SLAs are being met, provide updates to key stakeholders and other teams that interact with the PPC, deliver project related work as required by the business, and continuously seek to improve the PPC's processes and procedures.
You don't have to have a background in People & Culture, although this would be beneficial. Most importantly you'll bring your leadership expertise from an environment that is highly process driven, your mindset for challenging the status quo, and your passion to advocate for your team across the enterprise, ensuring they are seen and valued for their contribution.
Join a People & Culture function whose purpose is to do great things every day to enrich the employee experience, making us a better big Bank. Be part of an experienced, longstanding team who work collaboratively and support each other to deliver great work.
