Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager.

Your primary responsibility will be to build and manage your territory of North QLD, promoting a broad portfolio into pharmacy channels. You will identify opportunities for growth within new and existing accounts and leverage your exceptional sales focused mindset, self-starter attitude, and ability to build lasting relationships to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue in the assigned territory

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building
\
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
\
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
\
5. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
\
6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge
\
7. Travel between Cairns and Townsville as required
\
8. Based in either Cairns or Townsville with flexibility to work remotely
\
9. Full working rights in Australia
\
10. A strong commercial understanding of the pharmacy environment is essential
\
11. Demonstrated success in healthcare sales and territory management is highly regarded
\
12. Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and ability to build effective relationships
\
13. Previous experience in a FMCG position is a must, preferably in healthcare
\
14. Qualified nurses, pharmacists, or allied health professionals with a strong sales mindset are encouraged to apply
