* Key performance indicators include business retention, complaints handling, and continuous professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Advanced technical expertise in insurance products, legislation, claims, broking technology, dispute resolution, and compliance.
* A proven track record of success in insurance broking, ideally with 10 years of experience.
* Strong leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team towards achieving goals.
* Mandatory qualifications: Diploma in Financial Services & Tier 1.
* Highly regarded: Tertiary business qualifications (a plus).
