About the role
An exciting, and rare opportunity now exists for an experienced sales professional from within the rigid plastic packaging industry to join their Melbourne sales team.
In this dynamic, challenging and fast paced "hands on" role you will be responsible for identifying and closing new sales opportunities within their caps and closures division with new clients coupled with growing an existing customer portfolio.
Skills & experience
As the ideal candidate and to make the transition as smooth as possible, you will possess the following key attributes:
* Previous account management experience within the rigid plastics industry ideally from the Beverage & Packaging Industry
* An intimate working knowledge of the plastic packaging industry ideally from the caps and closures sector
* A "hands on" approach to business
* A willingness to continually grow business both organically and by identifying and securing new business
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and time management skills
