**Key Responsibilities:)
* Provide administrative support to the Activity Services team to ensure effective operations.
* Assist in achieving forecast on Progress fees.
* Coordinate timely activity placement and referrals.
* Liaise with Internal Departments and external Stakeholders.
* Ensure effective communication with participants, colleagues, and industry stakeholders.
**Requirements:
* High level of written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to build positive relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
* Effective time management and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in computer literacy and data base management.
* Sound technical knowledge of the employment services industry.
