Leadership Opportunity: Frontline Operations Assistant Director
Job Summary:
This leadership role is a key position in our organization's dynamic team. The successful candidate will undertake a leadership position and ensure the delivery of all priorities within their work area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead dynamic teams in client contact centers or scheduled environments
* Encourage staff engagement, guide capability growth and support positive change management while driving operational excellence
* Provide technical guidance or advice to clients and staff to resolve complex issues
* Deliver contract management activities including outsource contracts for labor, print, and postal services
* Coordinate and monitor work/case management activities, provide advice, and recommendations to solve complex workforce and workload issues

Working Arrangements:
