About the role:
Are you an experienced Oracle Delivery Lead who is ready to take our clients on a remarkable Oracle implementation journey? Look no further!

As an Oracle Delivery Lead you will be managing major Oracle implementation programs, using your delivery expertise, business acumen and sound communication skills to translate the possible into reality for enterprise and government clients.
Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Drive end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS and Cloud solutions, ensuring business outcomes, scope, and contractual commitments are achieved.
Delivery Methodologies: Apply and tailor Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, SAFe), and Hybrid approaches to meet client and program needs.
Agile & SAFe Leadership: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, PI planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and ensure alignment with scaled agile frameworks.
Test Management: Oversee test planning, test execution (unit, system, SIT, UAT), and manage defect resolution ensuring quality outcomes.
Tools & Reporting: Leverage Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, progress tracking, dependency management, and reporting.
Stakeholder Management: Engage senior client stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and manage escalations, risks, and dependencies.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure program delivery aligns with industry standards, audit, and compliance requirements.
Skills Requirements
Delivery Expertise: Proven track record delivering Oracle EBS (Manufacturing, Finance, HR, or Supply Chain) and Cloud programs within large transformation environments.
Methodologies: Demonstrated experience leading programs using Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks.
Test Management: Strong experience in test lifecycle management and quality assurance within complex ERP/cloud environments.
Tools: Proficient in Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO) for program delivery, backlog, and defect management.
Leadership: Ability to manage multi-vendor, cross-functional teams and deliver to agreed milestones.
Sector Knowledge: Prior experience in Australian public sector delivery environments.
Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation and management skill
Alignment of BPM L3 to L5 within the Oracle EBS/Fusion product set.
Security Clearance: Must hold active NV1 clearance (or higher).
