In this role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering strong, lasting relationships with our key clients. Your primary mission will be to understand their business objectives, develop strategic plans and drive the growth and adoption of our fraud prevention services. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure client satisfaction while maximizing their long-term value to our organization.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and build strong relationships with key clients by understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives regarding online payments, account protection, and customer experience.Retain overall commercial and contractual responsibility for nominated account(s) including negotiations with internal and external senior stakeholders across all opportunities and initiatives.Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts, working closely with the solutions consulting team to drive revenue growth.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and providing exceptional customer service.Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client success and achieve revenue growth targets.Provide expert guidance to clients on fraud prevention and account protection strategies, including industry best practices, data-driven insights, and technological developments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to deliver value and exceed client expectations.Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and present new solutions or initiatives.Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify potential risks or opportunities for clients.Provide training and education to clients to help them achieve their goals.Coordinate and manage the resolution of any client issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.Develop a strong working knowledge of Accertify solutions and services and speak fluently about fraud and account risk mitigation.Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and proposals to support sales and retention efforts.Provide feedback and input to internal teams regarding product enhancements, features, and functionality based on client feedback and market needs.What You Offer:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in strategic account management particularly in complex enterprise accounts, client relationship management, or a similar role, preferably within the fraud prevention or payments sector.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to understand client needs and align them with company solutions.Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales and /or revenue targets and driving client success.A strong understanding of the payments landscape and the accelerating shift to e-commerce, including the impacts on merchant risk strategies and technology's role in reducing online fraud.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients at various levels within an organization.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and influence stakeholders.Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and manage challenging and complex situations.Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for account management and sales reporting.Availability for occasional travel to client sites as needed.And above all, you are naturally curious and love to solve complex problemsAdditional DetailsWe currently have an opening in each Accertify Australia office locations—Sydney and Melbourne.
