We are seeking a details orientated, analytical and proactive Supply Chain Planner to join our dynamic Manufacturing & Supply Chain team. Demand Planning and Inventory Management (~60%)

- Lead Fleet’s S&OP; inputs by collating demand from various sources, plan for demand fulfilment, and communicate the plan and its progress to both upstream and downstream stakeholders.

- Monitor and optimise inventory levels to support production while minimising excess and obsolete stock.

- Lead inventory efficiency initiatives including the identification and management of slow-moving and obsolete items.

- Oversee supersession management (phase-in/phase-out of parts) across Engineering and Supply teams.

- Collaborate with warehouse operations to ensure physical and system alignment.

BOM and Engineering Interface
- Maintain and validate accurate BOMs in coordination with Engineering and Product teams.

- Ensure changes in design or configurations are reflected correctly in supply plans.

- Support product lifecycle changes with clear communication and planning of material transitions.

Reporting and Insights
- Develop and deliver regular supply chain reporting (inventory health, material status, purchase tracking, etc.) and S&OP; outcomes

- Generate actionable insights to improve supply chain visibility and decision-making

- Share learnings and ideas openly in a culture of transparency and experimentation.

- Contribute to Fleet’s SOPs, CI projects, and ERP/MRP enhancements.

What we are looking for:

- 3+ years in Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, or Inventory Management roles, preferably in a high-tech, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing environment.

- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Pronto)

- Familiarity with BOM structures and Engineering Change processes.

- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Effective communication and stakeholder management.

- Strong analytical and organisational skills.

- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

- Systems-savvy and comfortable with ERP/MRP tools and inventory platforms

About Fleet Space

Fleet Space Technologies vision from the beginning was to build technologies to help humanity explore and connect the Earth, Moon, and Mars.

This led us to develop and launch one of Australia’s largest constellation of satellites, create our satellite-enabled mineral exploration technology (ExoSphere), and send Australia’s first seismic technology (SPIDER) to the Moon in 2026. ExoSphere, our end-to-end mineral exploration solution powered by space and AI, aims to accelerate critical mineral discovery needed for the clean energy technologies foundational to humanity’s clean energy future.

As part of Fleet’s founding vision, we also apply our technology to innovative solutions for defense and space exploration, including an upcoming mission to the Moon. Headquartered in Adelaide, South Australia, Fleet has rapidly grown to over 160 employees including a growing team in the USA, Canada, and beyond.

We have raised over $200M AUD in venture funding, backed by premier investors including Blackbird, TVG, Grok, and In-Q-Tel including our most recent $150m Series D in December 2024, at a valuation of over $800m.

In 2023 we were recognised by the Australian Financial Review (AFR) as the #1 fastest growing technology

company in Australia.
