Job Title: Senior Healthcare Professional
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Healthcare Professional to provide exceptional care to our residents in a residential aged care setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, leading the personal care team, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice procedures
* Lead the personal care team, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance
* Work safely to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents, adhering to policies and procedures

Requirements:
* A kind heart and genuine passion for elderly care
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse or equivalent qualification
* Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards
* Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes
* Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aging health issues
* Coaching/training skills and effective conflict resolution
* Strong communication and positive attitude
* Competent IT skills and willingness to apply for police check and NDIS clearance
