Role & Responsibilities
* Maintain our fleet of buses to the highest safety and operational standards.
* Ensure the delivery of clean, safe, and comfortable transport for the community.
* Conduct thorough safety inspections and compliance checks.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues.
* Perform preventive maintenance to meet roadworthy standards.
* Collaborate with a skilled team to maintain service efficiency.
* Previous experience working with buses (desirable but not essential).
* Qualified mechanics with a strong work ethic, technical proficiency, and a commitment to excellence.
About You
* Recognised Australian mechanical trade qualification with demonstrated hands‑on experience.
* Minimum of a Medium Rigid (MR) class driver's licence or higher.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications and a collaborative, proactive approach to work.
* Strong commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform effectively in a high‑pressure environment.
* Ability to meet pre‑employment requirements, including a medical assessment and National Police Clearance .
