We are representing a top tier style private practice advisory firm seeking to appoint an exceptional Senior Manager within their Client Advisory and Business Services division. This Adelaide based opportunity is suited to a technically elite public practice professional who is seeking long term career alignment within a highly structured, partner led professional services environment.

The Opportunity

You will lead a significant portfolio of complex private and business clients while operating as a key leadership figure within the broader advisory division. This position balances high level client advisory, technical oversight, commercial input and people leadership responsibilities.

You will work directly with senior leadership and partners across complex client engagements, strategic advisory matters and internal capability development initiatives.

The role requires a strong balance of technical depth, commercial acumen and leadership maturity.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a complex portfolio of business clients across compliance, tax and advisory engagements
* Provide high level strategic advisory across structuring, tax planning, business growth and risk management
* Review complex entity structures including groups, trusts and multi entity businesses
* Drive client relationship strategy and long term advisory engagement growth
* Lead, mentor and develop high performing accounting professionals across multiple levels
* Drive productivity outcomes aligned to role level expectations and firm performance frameworks
* Partner with senior leadership on client strategy, risk management and service delivery standards
* Support internal technical training, quality control and knowledge leadership
* Contribute to broader business strategy and divisional performance outcomes
* Candidate Profile
* You are a high performing public practice professional who operates with strong technical authority and commercial awareness. You are confident leading complex client conversations, managing senior stakeholder relationships and driving team performance outcomes.

You will demonstrate

* CA qualification is essential
* Strong tenure within Australian public practice at Manager or Senior Manager level
* Proven experience managing high value client portfolios
* Advanced technical tax and business advisory capability
* Demonstrated leadership experience within professional services teams
* Strong commercial awareness and client advisory mindset
* High attention to detail and commitment to technical excellence
* A professional, accountable and performance driven approach to work
