The Opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and technically minded Technical Sales Representative to join our South Australia team, supporting customers across South Australia and the Northern Territory.
This is a growth‐focused role where you'll blend your engineering knowledge with commercial skill to deliver real value to customers across HVAC, Refrigeration, and Industrial markets. From new product sales to aftermarket service opportunities, you'll be at the forefront of identifying solutions that genuinely make an impact.

What You Bring
You're someone who blends technical capability, commercial confidence, and a passion for building strong relationships. You bring:
* A relevant tertiary or trade qualification (e.g., Mechanical Engineering) or 3+ years' experience in technical sales (HVAC preferred).
* Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation.
* A problem‐solving mindset and the ability to think innovatively.
* High‐level organisational and planning skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM systems.
* Ideally, experience in HVAC and an understanding of applied system design.
