As part of this role you will be required to travel between Mawson Lakes (70%), Osborne (25%), and St Kilda (5%).

Our culture is built on inclusivity, opportunity, and a commitment to wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the receipt, inspection, and handling of incoming Combat System items, ensuring documentation is complete and aligned with project expectations.Support inventory updates, while maintaining accurate record keeping.Coordinate material movements between sites, including preparing items for transport and ensuring safe handling procedures are followed.Assist in the compilation and quality checks of connector kits under direction of engineering teams.Prepare and submit asset tracking and stocktake reports for review by the Supply Support Lead.Support site inspections and depopulation activities at designated locations (e.g., St Kilda, warehouses).
Provide direct support to the DDG Supply Chain team and the Supply Support Lead.Highlight and escalate risks that could impact Receipt of Material in Yard (RMIY) milestones.About YouPrevious experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory coordination (Defence experience preferred but not essential).
Familiarity with inventory or material management systems (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, MILIS desirable).
