Accounts payable officer

Our client, a well-established organisation based in Subiaco, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on an initial 3-month temporary contract, with a strong possibility of extension. This is a fantastic opportunity for an AP professional who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and is looking for a role that offers flexibility, convenience, and the chance to contribute to a busy finance function. The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include: End-to-end accounts payable processing Matching, batching and coding invoices Supplier statement reconciliations and query resolution Preparing and processing payment runs Maintaining accurate vendor records and ensuring compliance with internal processes Assisting with month-end AP tasks and ad hoc finance support as required About You Previous experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable position Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Confident communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) will be highly regarded, but not essential Candidates on Working Holiday Visas are welcome to apply!
