THE COMPANY:
This company is an Australian MSP employing around 400 staff to provide IT support and Cyber Security services to SMB across Sydney.
Hybrid working- 3 days in, 2 days WFH (free parking available).
Mixture of on-site and remote support.
Multiple clients with up to 500 users.
Broad variety of work, ensuring no two days are the same.
Driver's licence required to travel on-site to clients.
ROLE SNAPSHOT:
A varied role providing onsite and remote Level 2 IT support to SMB customers.
You'll be involved in supporting, triaging and troubleshooting across hardware, software, servers, printers and network connectivity issues for multiple clients.
Key elements of the role:
Support & troubleshooting across Desktop hardware/ software.
On-site visits to clients for in-person issues.
Microsoft 365 - Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune etc.
Windows Server monitoring, support, and management.
Network monitoring and connectivity troubleshooting.
Support customers via phone, tickets and onsite.
REQUIRED BACKGROUND / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / PERSONAL QUALITIES
Ideal for an excellent communicator, who enjoys travelling to sites and communicating with end users in-person, as well as remotely.
Suited to an individual with a passion for IT support, who enjoys working in a "busy" environment where no two days are the same.
The following is required:
Proven L2 IT Helpdesk support experience across Desktop hardware/ software, Microsoft technologies, incl M365 and Network troubleshooting.
Skilled in managing user accounts, permissions, and group policies via Active Directory.
Proficient Office 365 & Cloud Services Support including EntraID, MS Teams, Outlook, OneDrive.
Demonstrates ability to troubleshoot AV equipment including conferencing systems (Teams Rooms, Zoom), cameras, microphones, and displays.
Holds excellent customer service abilities and clear communication skills.
Current Australian drivers licence and comfortable travelling to customer sites for onsite support.
This is a full-time permanent role located in South Sydney and is offering $80,000 - $95,000 + super - depending on experience.
