The role:
MGI is looking for a Graphic Designer to create standout digital and print creative that supports campaigns, product launches, and day-to-day marketing—while helping evolve our brand across Australia and international markets.
As our Graphic Designer, you'll create internal and external design requirements for MGI Golf, producing high-quality creative across digital, video, and print—working closely with marketing and product teams.
What you'll be doing:
Digital design & content
Design for social (reels, posts, stories, videos), web (banners, widgets, product pages), plus eDMs and promo videos
Edit and produce video in Adobe Premiere Pro (cutting, colour grading, audio mixing, exporting)
Create motion and animated content in After Effects
Support off-site videography and product/lifestyle shoots, plus image retouching and colour correction
Print & brand
Design a wide range of print collateral: brochures, posters, flyers, packaging, signage, POS, presentations and exhibition assets
Deliver artwork to print specifications and help maintain/expand brand materials and style guides
Creative collaboration
Contribute ideas for campaigns and new product concepts, and provide creative recommendations early in the process.
Manage files, job tracking, and digital asset archiving while delivering to deadlines
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to generate campaign and new product concepts.
What we're looking for:
3+ years professional design experience with a diverse portfolio
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
Advanced Adobe skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, colour, branding)
Photography/videography experience (studio + lifestyle) and ability to operate Canon DSLR + lenses (70–200mm & 24–70mm)
Familiarity with UX/UI and responsive web design principles
Comfortable on a Windows-based system
A creative thinker who has their finger on the pulse with latest trends and innovations
Confidence working independently and collaboratively
A team player, with strong communication and stakeholder management
Great time management, planning skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
