The Opportunity
Role
In this role, you'll gain hands‐on experience while supporting our property management team. The successful applicant's role will assist in most facets of leasing:
* Assist with Tenant Applications & Leases
* Conduct Open Homes
* Liaising professionally with Clients
* Assist with the coordinating property repairs and maintenance
* Providing general administrative support to the team
About You
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is ready to learn and grow. You will bring:
* A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
