We are seeking both experienced and entry-level candidates to join our enthusiastic and professional team of Road Plant Operators based out of our Corrigin depot, with work occurring across WA.
Western Stabilisers is a family-owned and operated road stabilisation and pavement construction company with more than 20 years' experience. We specialise in soil stabilisation, pavement recycling, pavement investigation, and innovative design services. In your new role, you will:
Operate and maintain machinery including Stabilisers, Spreaders and Water Trucks
Uphold high safety standards by identifying, reporting, and addressing hazards
This role is ideal for you if you:
Have experience operating or working around heavy plant in road construction, or possess the aptitude and motivation to learn
Have a strong commitment to safety
Hold an HR (unrestricted) licence – mandatory
(MC licence desirable)
Hold a Construction Induction (White Card) – mandatory
Enjoy working outdoors and contributing to shared team goals
Have technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail
Are self-motivated and driven to complete work to a high standard
Are willing to travel throughout WA and stay away when required
Are adaptable, eager to learn, and respectful in all communication
