**Our client is a highly reputable employer of choice in the Aged Care sector and currently has an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join the team in this exciting newly created role.**
This newly created role reports to the General Manager People and Culture and works closely with internal stakeholders to deliver:
- Work closely with the team to assist with development and implementing recruitment attraction, selection and retention strategies and processes
- Assist with implementation of HR projects and initiatives arising from strategic planning and process improvement
- Contribute to projects and initiatives through data collection and analysis.
- Provide service and advice to internal customers on a range of people related matters including employment contracts, Enterprise Agreement interpretation, staffing initiatives etc
- Work closely with Education Specialists to support induction and onboarding of new staff and implementation of annual training plans.
- Provide support as required on organisation structure and design processes, change management and employee relations issues
- Meet the responsibilities of Work Health and Safety requirements.
**What we are looking for**:
- Relevant degree qualifications and/or equivalent experience
- Relevant experience in human resources or people & culture functions including recruitment and selection, HR administration and HR projects.
- Computer skills in database systems and the Microsoft Office suite (spreadsheeting, word processing).

- National Police Check
- Up to date Covid vaccinations to be able to enter aged care facilities or appropriate exemption
