The role
Are you a commercially minded finance professional with strong strategic and analytical capability?
This role offers the opportunity to influence high-value investment decisions, shape long-term property strategy, and work closely with senior leaders across a large, complex organisation.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will deliver rigorous financial analysis, strategic insights, and high-impact recommendations across portfolio planning, renewals, divestments, and major investment decisions—translating complex data into clear, compelling insights that drive long-term value.
Responsibilities
Support long-term property strategy and portfolio planning
Deliver market analysis and competitor benchmarking
Maintain accurate property performance reporting
Prepare strategic reviews for senior leaders
Support budgeting, forecasting, and network reporting
Build rigorous financial models and business cases
Conduct post-investment reviews
Provide commercial insights and challenge assumptions
Present clear, data-driven recommendations and updates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, strategy, and operations
The Candidate
5+ years' experience in commercial finance, business partnering, strategy, consulting, or corporate finance
Exposure to property, retail, or large corporate environments beneficial but not essential
Strong strategic problem-solving skills, with experience in project and change management
Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels
Proven capability in building financial models and developing investment business cases
High proficiency in creating compelling presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
CA/CPA (or equivalent) highly regarded; strong modelling skills preferred
