About the Role
Are you a people person with a knack for organisation and a passion for sales support? We are looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join our fast-paced and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the sales team with quotes, orders, and customer follow-ups
* Processing sales enquiries and maintaining customer records
* Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
* Responding to client queries with professionalism and accuracy
* Assisting with reporting, sales documentation, and CRM management
* Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and processes
Requirements
* Hold current drivers' licence and reliable transport
* Previous experience in a sales support or admin role
* Prior steel industry experience (advantageous)
* Strong communication skills and customer focused mindset
* High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.)
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical including Drug/Alcohol screen if required
