We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Business Development team in New South Wales. As a senior-level sales professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the day-to-day activities of our Business Development Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* External Rep Management: Manage relationships with external representatives to promote product sales and develop client relationships.
* Sales Team Leadership: Motivate and guide your team to meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging their strengths and addressing areas for improvement.
* Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and initiatives that drive business growth.
* Business Partner Network: Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential business partners to identify new opportunities.
* Presentation Skills: Deliver engaging product presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of senior sales experience, with 3-5 years of field sales management experience.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Experience in the construction and building products industry.
