This 12-month contract opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with finance and IT teams, optimizing business processes and ensuring seamless system integration.About the Role:As a Finance Systems Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between finance and IT, ensuring the financial system meets the organization's requirements. Your role will involve:Partnering with finance teams, IT departments, and external vendors to gather requirements, address concerns, and document solutions.Developing process flows and wireframes to refine requirements.Engaging with vendors to configure the financial system to align with business needs.Analysing the impact of new solutions on business processes and resolving discrepancies.Identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements for automation and optimization.Writing test cases and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.Creating user documentation and delivering training and support to end-users.QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should have:5+ years of experience in business analysis with a focus on financial systems implementation.A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong understanding of financial systems, ERP platforms, accounting software, and financial reporting tools (Experience with Infor SunSystems is a plus!).Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels, including executive stakeholders.Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel VBA modelling, etc.Flexibility to accommodate varying working hours, considering APAC-wide system coverage.Additional InformationWe fosteran environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
