 
        
        Our client has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven Administration Assistant to continue their career.
The Administration Assistant will undertake a variety of reception and other office administrative duties across the business including:
- Preparation and proofing of documents including quotes, invoices, job reports and other client correspondence. 
- Placing orders with our suppliers. 
- Managing incoming calls and directing them as appropriate. 
- Maintaining our online filing system and job scheduling software. 
- Word processing and data entry of quotes, jobs and reports. 
- Basic project management tasks (scheduling contractors, liaising with our suppliers and customers). 
- Ordering stationary and other office supplies. 
- General office housekeeping and other administrative tasks as required.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, tech-capable and self motivated person with a genuine interest in a career in Administration and; 
- Great organisational and time management skills. 
- At least 2 years' experience in an office environment. 
- Computer literacy and competency in basic computer systems is essential. 
- Experience using Simpro or similar software desirable. 
- Experience in the construction or a similar fast-paced industry will be highly regarded. 
- An excellent customer service ethic with an upbeat, friendly personality. 
- A mature and confident manner. 
- An ability to manage conflicting priorities.
