Responsibilities for the role include: Leading the overall management and strategic direction of Ibis Mackay Taking a commercial lead in driving new business into the Hotel whilst connecting with the existing customer base Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, predominantly owners, guests, and suppliers Ensure long term profitability of the operational departments and the hotels, maximising revenue and yielding opportunities. Conduct regular analysis on all departments to continuously improve productivity, quality, market competitiveness and service standards.
