We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to lead and mentor a growing team of carpenters on residential projects across the Gold Coast. * Direct and mentor a team of skilled carpenters on residential projects
* Deliver high-quality carpentry work from initial set-out through to completion
* Coordinate tasks to ensure timely project delivery and optimal performance
* Maintain effective communication with clients, supervisors, and team members

* Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in carpentry
