On 1 January 2026, Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health and Nexus Primary Health merged to form a new, unified not‐for‐profit community health organisation, Omnia Community Health. This decision followed an extensive exploration process that confirmed the merger will improve access to safe, high‐quality and sustainable health and community services across the Hume, Macedon Ranges, Mitchell, Murrindindi and Strathbogie local government areas.

Omnia Community Health brings together the deep community connections, shared values and specialist expertise of both entities. Services span general practice, allied health, disability support, mental health, early childhood, family services, aged care and community wellbeing. These services are delivered from sites in Broadford, Kinglake, Kyneton, Romsey, Seymour, Sunbury and Wallan, with additional outreach into surrounding communities.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, qualified Allied Health Assistant (grade 2 or grade 3) to join our team as a full‐time Allied Health Assistant. Flexible hours are available. Based across Sunbury, Romsey and Kyneton, this role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high quality services to children and young people (aged 0-18 years).

As an Allied Health Assistant, you will support clinicians with individual therapy sessions and group programs. You will assist with implementing therapy plans, preparing resources and contributing to positive client outcomes. The position also includes administrative support tasks such as appointment coordination to ensure seamless service delivery.

About You
* Certificate 3 or 4 in Allied Health Assistance
* Passionate about supporting children and young people
* Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
