Electrical Supervisor Opportunity
This is an exceptional chance to join a renowned underground hard rock mining operation in regional Victoria. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team of experienced electricians, reporting directly to the Mine Manager.
* Oversee a team of 23 personnel, comprising 3 leading hands and 20 electricians, across UG mining and fixed plant operations.
* Ensure project planning aligns with business objectives by consulting with key stakeholders, managing project variations, and conducting evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
* Manage project implementation, monitoring, and reporting to guarantee timely completion and adherence to established standards, while handling capital expenditure requests as per company policies.
The ideal candidate will possess a Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence or the ability to apply for one, demonstrate strong leadership and coaching capabilities, at least 5 years' experience in underground and processing environments, and a commitment to delivering projects and team capability.
