About the Role
This role involves designing, modelling, and documenting reinforcing steel for major construction projects in Australia.
Responsibilities:
* Create accurate BIM models using Revit
* Implement design changes and updates throughout the project lifecycle
* Streamline workflows using BIM technology to improve project efficiency
* Understand project objectives and advise on engineering solutions
* Engage with clients and design engineers to achieve optimal outcomes
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a modeller or rebar detailer
* Technical mindset with an ability to read and understand technical drawings
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Diploma, certificate or degree in civil/structural engineering, drafting, architecture or animation
* Experience in modelling software such as Revit, TEKLA, Autocad or similar
