The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic business builder to lead our Newcastle Branch operations and as we expand across Australia. This is your chance to shape the future of our growing brand.
Reporting to the General Manager - NSW, this is a hands‑on, sales‑driven leadership role with full responsibility for Branch P&L. You’ll oversee everything from team development and customer service to mobile repairs and breakdown services and our growing network footprint. Travel across the region is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver sales growth by developing OEM, Network Partner, and end‑user relationships while maximising opportunities within existing major contracts.
* Expand our footprint by identifying and converting new franchise opportunities.
* Actively support and accelerate growth within our existing franchise, distributor, and company‑owned branch network.
* Lead, mentor, and further develop a high‑performing team
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in hydraulic hoses preferred — but we welcome candidates from industrial hose, pneumatics, or hydraulic equipment backgrounds
* Proven business development skills — you thrive on cold calling and closing deals
* Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness
* A natural leader who builds customer‑focused, high‑performing teams
* Reliable, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven
* Strong sales background with a focus on developing and executing regional sales strategies
