Marketing Manager Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives across the entire business, working closely with senior leadership to strengthen brand visibility and drive continued growth.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Developing and producing all necessary marketing collateral, including print and digital materials.
* Oversight of ongoing digital marketing efforts, including social media management and content creation.
* Maintenance of internal marketing displays and coordination with external suppliers for design, marketing, and printing services.
* Collaboration with web developers to ensure website content is current and visually appealing.
* Management of quotes, orders, and delivery of marketing materials and services.
* Partnership with leadership to create and schedule annual marketing and prospecting strategies across sales and property management.
* Monitoring and ensuring timely execution of all marketing campaigns throughout the year.
* Daily management of social media platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Essential Skills:
* Strong background in both print and digital marketing design.
* Experience running and evaluating marketing campaigns.
* Organised, reliable, and self-motivated individual with strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Confident contributing new ideas and working collaboratively as part of a team.
* Real estate experience is an advantage but not essential.
